How was your Valentine's Day?

Mine was absolutely wonderful!!

Seriously. As I've said before, I loathe the holiday really. I was really surprised to have an evening planned out that was incredibly fun AND relaxing. It was just what I needed after and extra special, super, crazy day at work. And it's all thanks to this guy:

He's absolutely CRAZY goofy about things, never taking life too seriously, and I love that.

I'm exactly the opposite. He's taught me that being a little more laid back can really make life more enjoyable. So thank you for that, sweetness! :)

Our Valentine's evening consisted of sweet confessions....

...followed by dinner at Newk's....

...and then we went to see:

I never expected this movie to really be that great (sorry to all you Jen Anniston fans) because Jennifer Anniston is in it. Well, I stand to be corrected. The movie was aboslutely hilarious!!

Oh, and I also got to splurge on a frozen cherry coke.

The evening was an absolute success!!

And I got a weekend trip to Nashville to boot!! Now I just have to decide when I want to go. Any ideas about things we should do while we're there? I haven't been to Nashville since Opryland closed when I was 12.

I'm open to suggestions.
