What I Ate Monday, March 14th
6:45am- Mt. Dew
11:30am- water, handful of Baked Lays, sandwich (wheat bread, turkey pepperoni, mild cheddar cheese)
3:00pm- starburst jelly beans, water
5:00pm- water, rice (broccoli & cheese), meatloaf, mashed potatoes, roll
5:30pm- 2 mile downtown walk, 20 minutes of strength and toning exercises
6:15pm- water
