What I ate today...(yep, I'm done for the day. At 5:48 pm.) Monday, October 10th
breakfast- water, handful of veggie crackers
lunch-water, sandwich (bagel, pepperonis, slice of mild cheddar cheese), 10 chicken flavored crackers
afternoon delight- 1/2 a can of Sprite, mini Milky Way
dinner- spaghetti w/ chicken (instead of beef), 1 slice of garlic bread, water
~ran 1 mile
*keep in mind that I guzzle water throughout the day.
