What I Ate Thursday, May 26th
6:45am- bottle of water
9:00am- bottle of water, small fruit bowl (mandarin oranges, strawberries, grapes, apples)
11:30am- sandwich (flatbread (oatmeal), 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of colby jack cheese, seasoning salt), handful of Sour Cream & Cheddar ruffles, bottle of water
1:30pm- nutty buddy, bottle of water
3:00pm- bottle of water
6:00pm- water, meatloaf, au gratin potatoes, green beans
