Just a Little Crush

I've got a small crush on Rylan Gosling. It's true. I admit it. I might need to be in rehab for it. But just look at him...

...maybe it's because he was in The Notebook (only the most romantic chick flick of all time)...

...maybe it's because he's looks super fly in those shades...

...maybe it's because he's Canadian...

...maybe it's because he was downright sexy in the first movie I can remember seeing him in, 'Remember the Titans...'

...or maybe it's because he reminds me soooo very much of my dream guy, Christian Bale. I mean, he stole my heart when he played the role of Laurie in Little Women.  That face just gets me. He's the MOST dreamy man on the planet!

Morning Glory

Everyone needs a little SOMEthing to get their morning started. Am I right? This does it for me. I will actually probably listen to this song on repeat alllllllll day. (No, I'm not exaggerating.)

Call me crazy, but I think this is a BEAUTIFUL alternative to a traditional engagement ring. I absolutely fell in love this!! (Mostly because I've always kind of secretly wanted a sapphire as the main stone in my engagement  ring.) This photo's also got me changing my dream ring to a antiqued gold setting. Thoughts??

Music

To me, music makes the day. It can make me smile, laugh, cry, or basically just take me from a state of blah to a state of happiness. These are three MUSIC MUSTS I'm craving right now. Literally.

New Kings album

T. Swift is ALWAYS rocking some sweet tunes.

I'm currently craving ANYthing by JesusCulture. If you've never heard them (Linds, I'm specifically speaking to you here :) ), then you should youtube 'Where You Go I Go' by them. It's some of the best worship music I've heard in a while. *This coming from a girl who recently has been hooked on some of the best...Phil Wickham, David Crowder Band, and Lacrae.

WAR CAM EAGLE!!

I just have to share my excitement that Auburn is #1 in the BCS Poll for the first time EVER!!! I'm proud of the Auburn Tigers and our Cam Newton! :)

This weekend was Girls' Weekend in Tuscaloosa. It was a fun and laughter-filled weekend where we danced our butts off until 4 in the a.m. Seriously. haha (I may have found that I'm getting a little too old for this practice now.)

So, Lauren, Alice, and I stayed with Lindsanity the entire weekend. And I give her place 4.5 out of 5 stars. Here's a little breakdown:

Bed-Air mattress (actually belonging to Alice)-Great condition and very comfy for two nights

*Lindsanity provided sheets : )

Pre-party supplies-iTunes JAMS, mixed drink materials (limes, Grey Goose, strawberry lemondade)-Very well prepared for Girls' Weekend...two thumbs up

Shower-FANTASTIC!! If I had thumbs on my toes, I'd put those up too!! :)-water pressure was absolutely fantastic. It was just the perfect amount. And the shampoo kept my hair smelling good into the night.

Continental Breakfast-Amazingness!!-wheat pancakes with a light syrup...deeeelicious

Location-FANTABULOUS- Lindsanity's apartment is a short drive to downtown and The Strip.

You might be asking what WAS NOT good about this place, right? Well, the reason she only got 4.5 out of 5 stars was because of MACY...the ninja cat. You may think I'm overreacting, but no. Macy will come at your while you're sleeping or even while you are in the shower. She's a pouncer.

So, overall, it was a fantastic experience and stay for Girls' Weekend 2010. Now, I just can't wait to book the room again for Girls' Weekend 2011.
