Well, my Gran totally made being good hard on me yesterday, Tuesday, October 11th...

breakfast- water, cupcake (Gran's fault)

lunch- 1/2 a sandwich (toasted wheat bread, slice of mild cheddar cheese), handful of puffed corn chips, water

afternoon delight- cupcake (Gran's fault)

dinner- hamburger steak, rice (broccoli & cheese), hominy, water

~Just Danced for 40 minutes

*keep in mind that I guzzled water all  day long...
